Open your service plan and click to prepare the presentation. The full slide deck is built for you, with readings in place. You then place hymns, edit slides, set a format, and export to PowerPoint. Do I have to make a bulletin first? No. If your church projects everything and does not print bulletins, go straight from the service plan to prepare the presentation. Any changes you made for a bulletin do carry over if you built one. How do I change the slide background color or add an image? In the presentation format Style tab, pick a background color from the spectrum, or click upload to add your own image at your screen's resolution. How do I match slides to my screen or projector? In the Layout tab, set the slide size to the same resolution as your TVs or projector (for example 1920 by 1080), then adjust font sizes to fit. How do I make the text bigger? In the Style tab, increase the point size for each section (body, heading, caption, copyright). Larger text reads better from the back of the sanctuary. How do I remove rubrics or headings from all slides? In the Content tab, uncheck "visible" for rubrics or headings as a global setting and they are removed from the whole deck. How do I save a presentation format to reuse? Create or edit a format, name it, and save. Each week you apply that format and the whole deck is styled instantly. Can I show the words of Christ in red? Yes. Turn it on in the Content tab under Propers. You will need a color display or projector to show it.
