Open your service plan and click to prepare the bulletin. The full order of service is built for you, with the lectionary readings in place. You then place hymns, edit elements, and export. How do I add hymns to my bulletin? Click any hymn placeholder. The hymns from your service plan appear at the top of the search panel. Select one, then choose text, melody, or a four-part setting and pick which stanzas to sing. Can I change the fonts, alignment, and page size? Yes. Edit the bulletin format to set fonts and sizes for each section, alignment and spacing, page size, and margins. Print on letter portrait or legal folded into a book-fold bulletin. How do I remove all rubrics or headings at once? In the bulletin format Content tab, uncheck "visible" for rubrics or headings as a global setting and they are removed everywhere. How do I make hymn music larger? In the Layout tab, turn on automatic scaling to fill the page width, or set a fixed scale to enlarge by a chosen amount. How do I save a custom order of service for reuse? Save a tweaked order of service as a new custom liturgy with your own name, then select it in future weeks with your changes already in place. Can my congregation follow along on their phones? Yes. Enable Web View to generate a URL for your website or a QR code. Members can follow on their phones at home or in the sanctuary.
