How do you renumber offering envelopes in Church360° Members? No. You can enter offerings by name. Numbers help when your church uses physical envelopes or wants faster data entry. Do I have to renumber every year? No. Add, edit, or remove numbers whenever you need to. Does changing an envelope number affect past offerings or Vanco? No. Offerings are tied to the giving unit, not the number, so contribution statements and the Vanco integration are unaffected. Can I undo a renumbering? Applying changes immediately has no undo button, so schedule larger renumberings instead. If a scheduled renumbering activates too soon, contact support. When does a scheduled renumbering take effect? At midnight on the date you choose. Until then, everyone keeps their current number.
