A walkthrough of the new Dashboard and People CSV Importer in Church360° Members, for church administrators, business pastors and volunteers. The Dashboard puts the numbers you check most (giving, attendance, birthdays, guests, tasks) on one page you arrange yourself. The People CSV Importer brings a whole spreadsheet of people in at once and builds households and marriages for you. Both are live and included with every Church360° Members subscription, so your office spends less time on data entry and more on ministry. Correction to the recording: the People CSV Importer does not update people already in Church360° Members. Every row creates a new person, and the duplicate step lets you skip a row or import it as new. A personal page of widgets drawing on People, Events, Offerings, Communications, Finance, Projects and Forms. Each user builds their own; one person's changes never affect anyone else's. Can an administrator set up one dashboard for the whole church staff? No. Each user builds their own, and widgets follow each user's permissions, so someone without finance access never sees giving or budget widgets. Will the Dashboard replace the page I see when I sign in? Only if you never chose a Default View. If you did, nothing changes. Switch anytime in User Settings. What columns do I need to import church members from a spreadsheet? Only First Name, Last Name and Member (Yes/No). Custom fields must exist in Church360° Members before you import. Does the CSV importer update people who are already in Church360° Members? No. Every row creates a new person. When a row matches an existing name, you choose Skip this row or Import as new. How does the importer build households and marriages? People with exactly matching addresses share a household. Spouses are linked when both rows name each other and their wedding dates match or are both blank.
