Let Church Members Update Their Own Contact Info | Church360° Members
Congregant Access lets church members update their own address, phone and email in Church360° Members. This walkthrough is for church administrators and pastors. Church records go stale fast: a move mentioned after service, a returned envelope. With Congregant Access, members sign in with a one-time email link (no password) and keep their own and their household's contact information current. The church office stays in charge of who has access and everything else on the record. It is live in every Church360° Members account, off until your church turns it on. A note on rollout: when the main switch is on, every eligible person can sign in. Per-person toggles only turn individuals off, one row at a time. To start with a small group, turn off everyone outside that group before you announce it.
